Who We Are
We’ve been selling for nearly a decade and have been doing it full time for three years. Over the years, we’ve sold thousands of items, earned Top Rated Seller status, became a Preloved Partner, and maintained a 99.8% positive feedback rating.
We’ve sold everything from rare Pokémon cards (like a Shining Tyranitar 1st Edition PSA 10), to antiques, watches, bags, designer clothing, electronics and more. Having sold thousands of items across multiple marketplaces, we have a great knowledge and skillset on how to sell, and we believe we are really good at selling items online.
Why We Started This
The idea for our service came from personal experience. We tried to sell a vintage two-tone ladies' Rolex watch locally and called several dealers. The best offer we got from a dealer was £1,000 and one even offered us £500, acting like they were doing us a huge favour just by taking it off our hands. Traditional auction houses weren't much better either once you factored in their massive seller fees. On top of that, they charge buyers a substantial premium, which automatically reduces how much people are willing to bid on your item in the first place, leaving you with even less.
Instead, we decided to use our own experience and sell it ourselves. It sold for £2,300 on eBay.
The exact same thing happened later with a platinum Cartier ring. We were offered a £100 by a local jeweller’s shop, who told us it was only worth scrap value. We refused the offer, sold it again and it went for over £400 on eBay.
We realised so many people and businesses leave thousands of pounds on the table. Lots of people end up selling their items way below market value, or they just get fed up, take things to a car boot, and sell them for basically nothing. Either they can’t be bothered with the massive hassle, they get lowballed by dealers, or they use platforms where people take terrible photos or rush to sell items live in 30 seconds. We wanted to change that.
We have even seen some companies charge up to 50% commission just for selling an item. We believe there is a better way, which is why we built our service around providing excellent value while still doing the job properly.
Where We Are Today
For a while, we specialised in clothing because we were working out of a small space, and clothes are much easier to store. We still have a fantastic curated selection of clothing, but we have recently expanded into a larger office space.
We are based in Uxbridge, right near the motorway, making it incredibly straightforward to reach if you are nearby and want to drop items off. This extra space means we are fully equipped to handle a mix of everything again, and we are completely ready to grow our selling service nationwide.
Our approach is a little different. It combines elements of an auction house, a consignment service, and a reseller to create a simple and flexible way to sell almost anything.
